Before founding Light My Fire, John ran Absolute Gas Service Inc. (since 2000), specializing in fireplace and barbecue grill installations. His deep hands-on experience laid the groundwork for a full-service retail and installation business.
One of John’s proudest achievements? Playing a key role in the fight to license the hearth industry in New Jersey. As the owner, John is still on the road performing installations—ensuring every job is done right, safely, and to manufacturer specs.
